About the Conference
- Bukhara Engineering Technological Institute (Uzbekistan) in assistance with International Communication Center (Malaysia) is organizing VII International Conference on Applied Physics, Information Technologies and Engineering (APITECH-VII 2025).
We invite scientists, and specialists from universities, academic institutions, enterprises, design and research centers to participate in the Conference.
The purpose of the conference is to facilitate a comprehensive exchange of knowledge and advancements across various domains of applied physics and engineering.
In the realm of Applied, Engineering, and Industrial Physics, the conference aims to delve into topics such as condensed matter physics, nanoscience, nanotechnology, optical physics, quantum electronics, and photonics. By bringing together experts in these fields, the conference seeks to foster collaboration and innovation that can lead to practical applications and technological advancements.
In the area of Computational Science, Mathematics, and Electronics, the conference will explore significant themes including cybernetics, information systems tailored for Industry 4.0, automation engineering, semiconductors, and cyber-physical systems.
The conference will further address Materials Physics, Aerospace Engineering, and Earth Science, highlighting the importance of materials science, aerospace technology, and the analysis and characterization of materials. Essential guidelines
Please follow these essential guidelines when preparing your paper
Templates
Authors must prepare their papers using Microsoft Word template:
One author should not submit more than two articles to the conference. This includes papers that they have co-authored.
Paper format
- There are no page numbers, headers or footers within the paper.
- Text is single spaced, not double spaced.
- All fonts are embedded.
- All pages are portrait (landscape pages should be rotated).
- The abstract text should be indented 25mm from the left margin and there should be 10mm space after the abstract before you begin the main text of your article, starting on the same page as the abstract.
- The paper includes the author name(s) and affiliation(s) (full address including country).
- All articles must contain an abstract.
- All figures and tables should be numbered in numerical order. Please ensure that figure/table numbers are not duplicated or missed.
- Figures are legible and placed within the text, not collected at the end of the document.
- If section headings are numbered, ensure that they are numbered numerically, and no numbers are duplicated or missing.
- Displayed equations should follow a naming convention in numerical order, i.e. (1), (2), (3) etc or by section, i.e. (1.1), (1.2) etc. Ensure every displayed equation has its own number and none are duplicated or missing.
- Reference lists are checked for accuracy. References can only be linked via CrossRef if they are correct and complete.
- If numbering references (Harvard system) ensure that references are numbered numerically, every reference has its own number and no numbers are duplicated or missing.
- Ensure that all references are cited in the text and that all citations have a corresponding reference.
- Finally, please ensure that the paper is thoroughly proofread to check the standard of English and ensure wording is clear and concise.
- Structure the paper, using the following subheadings to identify each section: Background, Purpose, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.

Conversion to PDF
- The PDF file is editable and not password protected.
- The PDF is free of formatting errors (e.g. corrupt equations, missing or poor-resolution figures), since conversion from Word to PDF can introduce formatting errors.
- There are no blank pages.
- Submitted articles must be the authors’ own work, expressed in their own words. Plagiarism constitutes unethical scientific behaviour and is never acceptable. Plagiarism ranges from the unreferenced use of others’ ideas, to replication (without sufficient attribution or use of quotation marks) of sections of text from other sources, to submission of a complete paper under ‘new’ authorship. Papers with similarity rate more than 20 percent will be rejected.
Presentation requirements
All conference papers accepted to the Conference will be presented in one of the formats (face-to-face, virtually, poster presentation). While submitting a paper, it is necessary to indicate the format, in which it will be presented. Authors can use the presentation template for their presentation.

All papers will come through the basic review which is an initial technical criteria check (paper field, structure of submission, adherence to the submission instructions, English language usage and a check for the similarity rate). Any papers out of the scope or containing plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, are rejected.
Peer Review
We use a double-blind system for peer review; both reviewers' and authors' identities remain anonymous. The submitted papers will be reviewed by at least two experts: one editorial staff member as well as one to three external reviewers. The review process may take about 10 days. The reviews will be conducted to the professional and scientific standards
Notification of the Result of Review
The decision to accept or reject the paper is based on the suggestions of reviewers. Acceptance notifications will be sent to the registered author.

- The Conference will take place in Bukhara Engineering Technological Institute, 15, MURTAZAEV street, Bukhara, Uzbekistan.
We will provide the participants with visa support documents (an official letter of invitation). We will be glad to help with accommodation in cozy and hospitable hotels of Bukhara at special prices to all participants during the conference by priory arrangement. Accommodation and travel expenses are paid by sending organizations.

Over its six iterations, APITECH has attracted more than 2,000 participants from 14 countries beyond Russia, including Azerbaijan, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, Finland, Kazakhstan, Belarus, China, France, Uzbekistan, Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Qatar, Vietnam, and Honduras. The conference has published four proceedings volumes featuring over 1,300 articles addressing a wide range of topics such as:
